The City of Mobile Swim Association (CMSA) set 34 individual and team relay records during the Southeastern Long Course Championships recently held in Nashville. Senior swimmer T.J. Leon won the High Point Championship in senior boys’ action with 97.5 points. Leon is ranked No. 7 nationally in the 50 and 100 free and 100 fly. 52 swimmers finished third place against 40 teams from across the Southeast.   CMSA's 10-and-under girls were Kaylee Bray, Margaret Carey, Allison Daniels, Jessie Everett, Hollie Holbrook, Paige Madden, Mary Katherine Stewart and Gracie Whiston.  Eight relay team records were set while individual records were set by Madden, Leon, Holbrook, Will and Parker Glass, Jessie Everett, Slater Whiston, Cooper Brown, Carl Madden, Nick Colletti and Spencer Kerns. The CMSA team is coached by Tyler Kerns and Billy Doughty. (2009)
